I worry if newcomers to HBD understand the value of prospects, even if that value won&#039;t be realized for a few more years, when they may not be the manager anymore.  With all the emphasis on &quot;winning next year&quot;, we&#039;re in for a couple of good seasons in Clarkson.</description>
